The characteristics of Lawson convenience stores are large number, wide distribution, small single store area but high energy consumption, and very large total regional energy consumption.

The operating company in each region is a key control unit for the green energy-saving part of each region.

Project Scope

1.Energy Management  Platform Supports Lawson convenience stores’ energy collection, energy management, energy-saving effect inquiry and other services.

2.Energy consumption monitoring module The first stage is to investigate high energy consumption stores, investigate abnormal energy consumption stores, and analyze the causes of high energy consumption.

3.Smart lighting module Carry out energy-saving transformation for signboards, and remotely issue the optimal strategy based on the energy-saving effect on the platform.

4.Safe and energy-saving electricity module The air conditioning energy-saving project will be expanded in the future.
