Project Overview
Hoang Mai Industrial Park is located in Vietnam, covering a land area of 264.77 hectares. Acrel provides energy management services to its clients, establishing a complete metering system for electricity consumption in the park, accurately tracking energy consumption data, reducing energy costs, improving energy efficiency, optimizing production processes, and enabling real-time monitoring, data analysis, and intelligent control of enterprise energy consumption.

Project Features
This project primarily monitors energy consumption in the wafer slicing workshop, power station, monocrystalline silicon workshop, and power distribution room.
1. Real-time monitoring of issues such as "high-energy-consuming equipment," "idle operation," and "inefficient operation," reducing energy consumption through optimized operating modes.
2. Linking energy consumption curves of all installed equipment with production plans to find the optimal balance between energy consumption and production capacity. Real-time early warnings for abnormal energy consumption in high-energy-consuming equipment to prevent energy surges due to equipment failure and reduce downtime and maintenance losses.
3. Real-time monitoring of energy consumption fluctuations in all installed equipment indirectly reflects equipment health status and reduces maintenance costs.
4. Based on historical energy consumption data and trend analysis of total installed capacity, predicting future energy demand to provide data support for enterprise expansion and equipment upgrades.
