Overview

The APD series high-voltage switchgear partial discharge monitoring device detects the electromagnetic wave radiation generated along with partial discharge and automatically determines the actual detection frequency of on-site partial discharge. Then, data such as the number and frequency of partial discharge detected are uploaded to the server.

Project Overview: The intelligent monitoring construction project for the distribution room of a certain Hospital of University includes a total of 11 distribution rooms, including the internal medicine building distribution room, surgical building distribution room, oxygen distribution room, and direct combustion machine distribution room. A total of 82 APD100 ultra-high frequency partial discharge monitoring devices are used.

Application scenario: Suitable for integrated installation of medium voltage switchgear (61 cabinets, 28 cabinets, ring network cabinets) before leaving the factory or for power outage installation of high-voltage switchgear that has already been put into use.

Product features: The system has strong anti-interference ability and high reliability.

Application installation: The ultra-high frequency sensor is installed in the cable room through magnetic suction, and the collection device is installed in the instrument room through guide rail.

Implementation process: The signal detected by the ultra-high frequency sensor is sent through a coaxial cable to the online monitoring device for partial discharge in the switchgear, for amplification, filtering, detection, digital pulse extraction, digital filtering, calculation of partial discharge characteristics, and other digital processing. It also completes functions such as partial discharge visualization, partial discharge judgment, data storage, and data submission.
